What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We use Contact Form 7, which means that your email is not stored in the database on our website and is sent directly to our email box.
Your query will be responded to and we will enter into correspondence with you, but we will never add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to do so.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We also use analytics cookies. These monitor traffic to the website and enable us to improve the user experience, but they do not identify you directly or share your personal information with us.
Who we share your data with
Your privacy matters to us and we will never pass on or share your data with anyone outside of the freshen® team.
If a different member of the freshen® team is required to visit you, your notes will be shared with them. You will be advised that a different therapist will be seeing when you book your appointment and your consent will be considered implicit when you make the booking.
How long we retain your data
In line with Government regulations your data is kept securely.
As your data contains medical information, we retain it securely for 7 years after which time it is safely disposed of.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information
We may contact you occasionally to inform you of new products and services we think will be of interest to you and to remind you of your appointments.
You will be contacted via your preferred way (Call, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Email).
We may make notes during our visit including whether there are any pets at the premises, your colour preferences, any discomfort during your session. These notes may be shared within the team members only with the intent to understand you better and enhance your experience with freshen®.
How we protect your data
Although we use secure technology to protect your personal data when we have received it, we cannot guarantee the security of your data whilst being submitted to us and any transmission is at your own risk.
All our team members who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the personal information of all users of our services.
What third parties we receive data from
We work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Client Consultation Form is required prior to some of our services confirming any medical conditions or allergies. Any changes has to be recorded during further visits which document will be stored securely.
