TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Treatments can be booked 7 days a week from 8am – 10pm, subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance due to high demand. Re-bookings are encouraged during your appointment.

Payment can be made by Cash, Card, Online Transfer, Pay Pal or Cheque as agreed with your practitioner.

We are busy professionals, therefore we have had to introduce the following cancellation policy:
— A 50% fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours
— 100% will be charged if it is cancelled within an hour of the appointment or completely missed.

Our minimum call out fee is £50. However, we do try to accommodate our clients needs where possible and will happily combine members of the family, or different hotel guests or residents to achieve our minimum fee.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to carry any laundry for our mobile services. You must provide towels for your treatment. Regular clients can order specific treatment sheets or towels if required. Feel free to let us know.
